This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit high-quality long-form podcast episodes for various digital platforms.

• Transform raw footage into polished, captivating content through seamless editing and storytelling.

• Create clean, engaging edits featuring smooth pacing, transitions, and professional audio.

• Enhance videos with motion graphics, lower thirds, captions, B-roll, and appropriate visual elements.

• Perform basic color correction and audio balancing to ensure a refined final product.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to grasp creative direction and uphold brand consistency.

• Organize project files and handle multiple editing projects while adhering to deadlines.

• Export videos in the correct formats suitable for various platforms.

• Incorporate feedback promptly and produce high-quality revisions.

• Stay informed about podcast editing trends, best practices, and audience engagement techniques.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in video editing for social media and digital content.

• A robust portfolio demonstrating podcast video content and storytelling skills.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar professional editing software.

• Experience with Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics software.

• A keen eye for visual storytelling, shot selection, pacing, and content flow.

• Strong audio editing and synchronization expertise.

• Experience in adding captions, graphics, and branded visual assets.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a remote team.
