PM&R Physician, Pelvic Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +14 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for patients.

• Maintain a regular clinic schedule that includes at least one evening each week.

• Participate in the after-hours call rotation.

• A Saturday clinic, on a rotating basis, will be introduced in the future, likely requiring one Saturday per month.

• Engage in weekly patient rounds.

• Keep professional and technical skills up-to-date by attending educational workshops and reviewing relevant publications.

• Adhere to company and quality standards as established by Vori Health.

• Enhance non-clinical skill sets by joining internal work groups or task forces, assisting in the development of medical standard operating procedures, and fostering relationships with medical and network partners.

• Prioritize delivering an exceptional total patient experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board certification in one of the following areas: Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (preferred), Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine with fellowship training or considerable experience in Sports Medicine, Spine, or Musculoskeletal Medicine.

• MD/DO with an unrestricted license and at least 3 years of clinical practice post-training.

• Proven experience in evaluating and treating musculoskeletal conditions in a non-operative environment.

• Willingness to acquire multiple state licenses.

• Demonstrated competence and enthusiasm for digital care delivery or telehealth, including comfort in evaluating and treating patients remotely using various digital tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse channels and groups, alongside the ability to manage team conflicts.

• A solid track record of aligning patient needs with treatment plans and successfully implementing these plans safely and effectively.

• Ability to articulate medical conditions in an understandable manner.

• Experience in administering a broad array of techniques delivered digitally.

• Strong empathy, a compassionate perspective, and the capability to encourage patients to push their limits responsibly and safely.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

• High-speed internet access and the ability to work remotely.
