This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Deliver functional support for Oracle Fusion General Ledger, encompassing the chart of accounts, accounting periods, journal entries, and financial closing processes.
• Assist in the configuration and upkeep of ledger sets, accounting calendars, and intercompany transactions.
• Resolve issues related to journal imports, subledger accounting (SLA) rules, and financial reporting.
• Aid users with period-end closing activities and account reconciliation processes.
• Support the complete Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, payment runs, supplier management, and withholding tax.
• Troubleshoot errors in invoice validation, holds, and approval workflows.
• Provide assistance for Accounts Receivable processes encompassing customer invoicing, receipts, credit memos, and adjustments.
• Facilitate bank statement imports, reconciliations, and cash positioning activities.
• Offer functional support for Oracle Fusion Advanced Collections, including strategy management, work queues, and dunning letters.
• Manage and resolve Oracle Support Service Requests (SRs) while coordinating with Oracle for issue resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis for repetitive functional issues and suggest permanent solutions.
• Execute functional testing for patches, upgrades, and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including configuration guides, test scripts, and training materials.
• 7–10 years of practical functional experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud (Oracle Cloud ERP).
• Extensive functional expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, and Advanced Collections.
• Strong grasp of Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules, accounting events, and journal entries.
• Demonstrated experience in Oracle support roles, including managing SRs, patch testing, and regression testing.
• Robust understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes.
• Proficient in Oracle BIP (BI Publisher) reports and OTBI for functional reporting.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud's quarterly release cycles and feature review processes.
