PMO – Digital Transformation, AI Portfolio Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate project management tasks encompassing planning, execution, governance, monitoring, and closure.

• Ensure consistency with scope, timeline, budget, quality standards, and business goals.

• Create, sustain, and govern project management documentation, including plans, schedules, action logs, risk registers, issue trackers, dependencies, and repositories.

• Generate executive dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), status updates, milestone assessments, and presentations.

• Organize steering committee meetings, project evaluations, technical review sessions, and progress discussions.

• Monitor action items and guarantee prompt follow-up.

• Propel organizational change management through strategies for stakeholder engagement, communication plans, training materials, readiness evaluations, and user adoption initiatives.

• Oversee the AI use case portfolio from conception through to proof of concept and completion.

• Document the business value, risks, advantages, success metrics, and portfolio performance.

• Identify, evaluate, and alleviate project and portfolio risks.

• Assist with governance, reporting, lessons learned, project transitions, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO), Project Coordination, or Program Management role.

• Proven experience in supporting digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong background in project governance and portfolio management.

• Demonstrated capability in preparing project management plans, timelines, reports, and executive-level presentations.

• Experience in leading or assisting with change management projects.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Capacity to operate independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
