This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver psychiatric medical services to patients through teleconferencing.

• Ensure the highest level of health services to clients in line with agency policies and procedures.

• Accountable for providing direct primary behavioral health care to patients, which includes history taking, evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients.

• Establish medical diagnoses for common short-term or chronic behavioral health issues.

• Prescribe medications as necessary and appropriate, adhering to state and federal regulations.

• Implement therapeutic and corrective measures, including patient education.

• Evaluate, diagnose, manage, and treat conditions, seeking consultation when necessary.

• Ensure all required paperwork, records, and documents are completed accurately.

• Maintain compliance with all safety and workplace rules and regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a valid license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

• Must have obtained a Master’s degree in Nursing.

• PMHNP certification with knowledge in psychiatry is required.

• Ability to practice and prescribe in the state of assignment(s) is essential.

• Comfortable using various types of technology.

• Must have a suitable workspace at home and access to broadband internet.
