This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual psychiatric assessments and manage ongoing medication for patients.

• Identify and treat a variety of mental health disorders in patients.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team to provide coordinated, patient-focused care.

• Ensure clinical documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner.

• Offer compassionate, evidence-informed care within a secure remote setting.

• Establish and maintain a consistent caseload.

• Deliver care using Array’s HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license (PMHNP) in California.

• Eligibility for independent practice; provisional or supervised licenses are not acceptable.

• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient psychiatric experience since obtaining licensure.

• High level of comfort and proficiency with telehealth technology.

• Private and confidential workspace suitable for delivering virtual care.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Residency in the United States is required.

• Must be capable of practicing independently without needing a collaborating physician.
