This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Handling 'Calls for Help' that come from the community you are assisting.
• Gaining familiarity with the games you support to effectively address these 'Calls for Help'.
• Staying informed about updates in workflows, policies, and gameplay.
• Developing proficiency in various ticketing and social media platforms.
• Utilizing creativity to find solutions to daily challenges.
• Assisting with reporting by maintaining data on forms or spreadsheets.
• Providing support to your managers with additional tasks as needed.
• Achieving Key Performance Indicators related to Productivity, Quality, and Player Satisfaction.
• Upholding community guidelines and ensuring fair treatment for all players within the game.
• Documenting any issues or trends observed in the game.
• Native proficiency in Russian with outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comprehensive understanding of gaming-related social media platforms such as Reddit, Facebook, X, and Discord.
• A genuine passion for video games.
