This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Handling ‘Calls for Help’ from the community you are tasked with supporting.
• Gaining familiarity with the games you assist, enabling you to effectively address these ‘Calls for Help’.
• Staying informed about updates in workflows, policies, and gameplay.
• Developing proficiency in various ticketing and social media platforms.
• Applying creativity to solve challenges encountered on a daily basis.
• Aiding in reporting by documenting data on a form or spreadsheet.
• Providing support to your managers with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
• Achieving Key Performance Indicators such as Productivity, Quality, and Player Satisfaction.
• Upholding community guidelines and ensuring fair treatment for all players within the game.
• Reporting any issues or trends identified within the game.
• Native-level proficiency in Russian with outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Excellent multitasking skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Solid understanding of gaming-related social media platforms, including Reddit, Facebook, X, and Discord.
• A genuine passion for video games.
