This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Take an essential part in the growth and advancement of our VIP player community.
• Enhance net revenue through proactive sales strategies while delivering exceptional services to both new and existing VIP clients.
• Collaborate closely with various internal teams and stakeholders to manage and provide our signature VIP experience.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with elite players by offering services that foster player loyalty.
• Drive critical VIP sales metrics that contribute to customer engagement, market share, and net revenue.
• Adhere to all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming practices.
• Gather and analyze data to recognize trends aimed at maximizing player performance.
• Proactively present solution-oriented recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
• Engage in the escalation process, collaborating with customers and other internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 5 years of experience in the Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing sectors.
• A strong enthusiasm for enhancing the player experience, problem-solving, and fostering a positive environment within the team.
• Proven track record in identifying and executing strategies that boost operational efficiency.
• Knowledge and skills necessary to increase revenues while managing expenses effectively.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain the required State Gaming Licenses.
