This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Transform current games into interactive advertisements utilizing Unity, Cocos Creator, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, or other pertinent technologies.
• Train, refine, and assess AI models that can create or alter playable advertisements.
• Construct AI workflows to enhance gameplay mechanics, user interface, visuals, challenge levels, pacing, and concluding cards.
• Partner with creative, growth, data, and engineering teams to streamline production processes and expand playable ad creation.
• Analyze market trends, experiment with innovative concepts, and cultivate a deep understanding of the elements that contribute to the success of playable ads.
• Extensive experience in the development of playable ads, Unity projects, game design, or creative technology.
• Proficient in creating playable ads using Unity, Cocos Creator, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, Three.js, Phaser, or comparable tools.
• Practical experience with AI model training, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, AI-assisted coding, or generative AI processes.
• Solid grasp of object-oriented programming, interactive advertisement constraints, and factors influencing mobile gaming performance.
• Innovative mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and capacity to connect gameplay, technology, and AI subjects.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in playable ads development, Unity game development, AI engineering, or a related position.
• Familiarity with analytics, A/B testing, MRAID, playable packaging, or specifications from ad networks is advantageous.
