Platform Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the ultimate technical reviewer for intricate configurations, including global traffic management and EKS scaling.

• Design resilient solutions to guarantee compliance with our 99.99% System Uptime Executive OKR.

• Diagnose root causes of critical production issues and implement lasting solutions.

• Oversee service capacity planning, demand forecasting, and system optimization for scalability.

• Implement comprehensive monitoring and alert systems for all vital infrastructures to ensure SLAs are achieved.

• Build trust with senior leaders by synchronizing technical priorities with organizational objectives.

• Collaborate with SecOps to confirm that our global infrastructure adheres to stringent security protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of practical technical expertise in large-scale production environments and infrastructure.

• 2+ years of experience in leading site reliability engineers or software developers in creating customer-facing applications.

• Extensive knowledge of AWS architecture, including Serverless, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EKS, and S3.

• Strong understanding of Kubernetes, microservices, and CI/CD methodologies (GitHub Actions).

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master new technologies.

• Solid knowledge of performance monitoring tools and Linux operating systems.

• Significant experience in managing and securing Kubernetes (EKS) at scale is a notable advantage.

• Strong understanding of complex networking concepts essential for global multi-region deployments and secure B2B integrations.
