Platform Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of essential platform capabilities, commencing with IAM, which encompasses authentication, authorization, user management, access control models, and auditability.

• Establish the roadmap and backlog for your product area, ensuring a balance between customer requirements, enterprise readiness, and the long-term direction of the platform.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and security teams to inform product decisions, assess trade-offs, and drive execution.

• Work alongside Solution Architects and implementation teams to guarantee that platform capabilities are feasible for deployment, integration, and operation in actual customer environments.

• Assist with integrations involving enterprise systems utilized for access control and provisioning, including HRIS, CCaaS, ITSM, and identity providers.

• Provide structure to uncertain problems, proactively facilitate decision-making, and maintain progress across multiple simultaneous workstreams.

• Aid customer-facing teams in comprehending the functionality of platform capabilities, including configuration, rollout, and operational guidance.

• Contribute to the advancement of shared platform capabilities beyond IAM as new priorities arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in product management or a related technical role, such as software engineering, solutions architecture, technical program management, implementation, or a similar field.

• Strong technical fluency: comfortable discussing APIs, system behavior, architecture, technical trade-offs, and implementation specifics with engineering teams.

• Excellent product judgment and the capability to make decisive choices in ambiguous, systems-level problem environments.

• High ownership, strong follow-through, and a proactive approach to action.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, security, customer-facing, and implementation teams.
