Platform Engineering Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Establish and uphold coding standards and technical architecture guidelines

• Take responsibility for the technical and engineering roadmap along with architecture

• Identify and implement optimal engineering practices

• Engage in comprehensive code reviews to maintain quality and support team progress

• Oversee daily operations including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and issue triage

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development

• At least 2 years of experience managing engineering teams

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience utilizing AI technologies
