Platform Engineer – Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and develop distributed systems as part of a managed Kubernetes service.

• Create Kubernetes Operators, MCP servers, and orchestration tools.

• Provide support and cultivate expertise in open-source technologies.

• Regularly engage with customers to troubleshoot issues and offer guidance.

• Participate in an on-call rotation.

• Join company “blue team” activities if interested.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient experience with Go and Helm.

• Strong architectural expertise.

• Significant experience with Kubernetes.

• Experienced Linux user.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools as part of the development workflow.

• Willing to align work hours with Europe (UTC +/- 2 hours) and the United States (PST).

• Bonus points for experience with Kubernetes security tools, managing an open-source security project, incident response, or working in a related field.
