Platform Engineer, Azure Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and sustain the Azure infrastructure that underpins Clio’s production environments.

• Implement and advance Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, ensuring both reproducibility and compliance.

• Collaborate with developers to enhance CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and the overall developer experience.

• Improve observability and reliability by refining alerting, monitoring, and incident response mechanisms.

• Work together on cloud optimization initiatives, boosting performance, cost efficiency, and security posture.

• Mentor and support team members, cultivating a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

• Partner with Security, MLOps, and Product Engineering teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and compliant systems.

• Establish agentic patterns that influence the construction, deployment, and observation of cloud infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing, deploying, and managing Azure infrastructure at scale.

• Proficiency in Terraform and infrastructure automation.

• A solid coding background beyond scripting, with experience in application development or designing and constructing robust automation frameworks and tools.

• Familiarity with observability platforms such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.

• Expertise in containerization and cluster management using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Strong communication and documentation skills, emphasizing knowledge sharing and team collaboration.

• A genuine interest in refining your skills through the use of AI.
