Platform DevOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the AWS infrastructure strategy for PVcase Prospect, ensuring the application adheres to stringent availability, performance, and security standards.

• Work in collaboration with the Global Platform team to establish cohesive architectural standards, contributing to organization-wide Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and security efforts.

• Design and manage robust cloud environments utilizing Terraform and AWS, emphasizing modularity and reusability.

• Facilitate the transition towards a self-service enablement model, equipping product developers with the necessary tools and guidelines for independent deployments.

• Oversee and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks (Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, Checkly) to guarantee proactive incident detection.

• Recognize and implement opportunities to utilize agentic workflows and AI-assisted tools to automate intricate operational tasks and improve incident response time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in managing intricate AWS ecosystems (including VPC, RDS, IAM, EKS, Route53, S3, EFS, Firebase).

• Demonstrated expertise with Terraform for infrastructure automation and Kubernetes/Docker for container orchestration.

• Strong understanding of cloud networking (subnets, load balancing, routing) and DevSecOps principles (RBAC, encryption, secret management).

• A practical engineering mindset, with a proven history of delivering incremental enhancements in high-growth SaaS environments.

• Exceptional communication abilities, capable of serving as a technical liaison between US-based product teams and our global infrastructure team.

• Professional experience with, or a strong inclination towards, implementing AI-driven agentic workflows to streamline DevOps processes, including the utilization of LLMs and autonomous agents for task automation, documentation, and infrastructure upkeep.

• Comfort in using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to expedite code generation and infrastructure troubleshooting.

• An active interest in assessing emerging technologies that alleviate cognitive load and boost developer efficiency.
