Platform Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a designated portfolio of Field Service projects from the completion of manufacturing to invoicing and financial closure.

• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution by maintaining project documentation, customer orders, and project records.

• Manage IEM Procore inspections, which includes reviewing inspection documentation, monitoring AWS Observations, and confirming that the necessary documentation supports invoicing and project closure.

• Confirm invoicing readiness by ensuring that essential project documentation, inspections, commissioning records, and customer requirements are both complete and accurate.

• Aid in commissioning activities by engaging in commissioning calls and managing commissioning documentation.

• Create and uphold operational reports to track project status, invoice readiness, and project closure.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address operational challenges, promote process enhancements, assist with training, and execute additional tasks as assigned.

• Carry out other responsibilities as required by the supervisor.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering is preferred.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Project Management or similar role is required.
