This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main subject matter expert in supply chain for ERP system configuration, planning parameters, and data integrity within the planning organization.

• Oversee and assist with IT projects pertaining to supply chain planning, such as ERP enhancements, system upgrades, module implementations, and integrations.

• Collaborate with the company's BI development team as the liaison for the planning function to establish requirements, validate outputs, and direct the creation of dashboards and reports.

• Create, maintain, and enhance BI reports and dashboards to facilitate S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory KPI visibility.

• Recognize opportunities to automate manual planning processes using system tools, macros, or BI solutions; lead implementation in conjunction with IT.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within ERP planning modules; investigate and resolve system discrepancies in partnership with IT and operations teams.

• Provide training and support to planning team members on the effective utilization of ERP and BI tools.

• Document system configurations, data definitions, and user manuals for planning-related tools and processes.

• Remain updated on INFOR/SyteLine capabilities and roadmap; assess and recommend relevant system features to enhance planning processes.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field is required.

• At least 5 years of experience in ERP systems administration, supply chain IT, or a planning systems role within a manufacturing setting.

• Expertise in ERP systems is necessary; experience with INFOR/SyteLine is highly preferred.

• Required experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); experience as a BI development partner or report developer is preferred.

• Proven experience in supporting or leading ERP implementation or enhancement projects.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or other data querying tools are preferred.

• Experience in an S&OP or supply chain planning environment is preferred.

• ASCM CPIM certification is preferred.

• Demonstrated ambition in career progression with a history of growth and increasing responsibilities; highly promotable with potential for broader leadership roles in a dynamic, high-growth organization.
