Planning & Materials Manager, Finished Goods

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the planning and implementation of finished goods inventory for the LATAM region, with an emphasis on enhancing on-time delivery (OTD) and improving inventory levels.

• Supervising finished goods planners and buyers throughout Latin America.

• Leading a team of professionals tasked with executing end-to-end Supply Planning for LATAM.

• Collaborating directly with Global and Regional Managers, as well as Country Leadership, to establish and implement strategic initiatives.

• Managing finished goods inventory amounting to approximately USD6M monthly, which includes budgeting for excess and obsolete (E&O) goods and contributing to demand forecast horizons (DFH).

• Ensuring compliance with all corporate procedures, policies, and standards of compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a supply chain-related field.

• A minimum of ten years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in a global context.

• At least two years of direct people management experience, including managing remote teams.

• Proficient communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
