This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Overseeing the planning and implementation of finished goods inventory for the LATAM region, with an emphasis on enhancing on-time delivery (OTD) and improving inventory levels.
β’ Supervising finished goods planners and buyers throughout Latin America.
β’ Leading a team of professionals tasked with executing end-to-end Supply Planning for LATAM.
β’ Collaborating directly with Global and Regional Managers, as well as Country Leadership, to establish and implement strategic initiatives.
β’ Managing finished goods inventory amounting to approximately USD6M monthly, which includes budgeting for excess and obsolete (E&O) goods and contributing to demand forecast horizons (DFH).
β’ Ensuring compliance with all corporate procedures, policies, and standards of compliance.
β’ Bachelor's degree in a supply chain-related field.
β’ A minimum of ten years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in a global context.
β’ At least two years of direct people management experience, including managing remote teams.
β’ Proficient communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
