Planning and Retention Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct analyses related to the enrollment and re-enrollment procedures.

• Take charge of monitoring and evaluating the Lifetime Value (LTV) metric.

• Develop, update, and sustain management reports utilizing Excel and Power BI.

• Extract and query data using SQL and Python.

• Ensure data validation and act as the primary contact for re-enrollment and student attrition data.

• Prepare and deliver presentations on results and metrics concerning re-enrollment and student attrition.

• Examine discrepancies between the extracted data and the information recorded in systems.

• Aid in decision-making through thorough data analysis and interpretation.

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or other related quantitative disciplines.

• Proficiency in advanced Excel.

• Intermediate skills in Power BI.

• Fundamental knowledge of SQL and Python.
