This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Construct, enhance, and sustain reports in Excel and Salesforce.

• Create and manage analytics dashboards using Power BI.

• Develop Power Query transformations to cleanse, shape, and integrate data from various systems.

• Write DAX code and calculations to facilitate Power BI reporting.

• Set up and implement Power Automate workflows to optimize reporting, alerts, and recurring processes.

• Utilize Copilot AI to expedite report generation, derive insights, and assist in data exploration.

• Measure and report on KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and supply performance.

• Document processes as necessary.

• Conduct on-demand analyses to assist in business decision-making.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and report automation.

• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Copilot AI is highly regarded.

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools, particularly Power Automate.

• Background with ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

• Understanding of inventory controls, demand/supply management, and accounting principles.

• Experience in manufacturing facilities and processes is advantageous (ODM, CM, etc.).

• Confidence and capability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.

• Professional and approachable demeanor for interactions both internally and externally.

• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Desire to enhance technical and analytical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
