Planner Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +25 more states.

📋 Description

• Assists in conducting market and strategic analysis related to both near-term and long-term strategic planning, as well as evaluating business opportunities within the organization.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, which may include executives, managers, and staff, to revise service line or regional plans.

• Conducts competitor and market analysis, identifies and evaluates growth opportunities, and formulates business cases as necessary.

• Facilitates the evaluation of market standing, trends, and demographics by providing objective data and analysis that empower planning teams to recognize issues, make well-informed decisions, and reach strategic objectives.

• Engages in new business development and is responsible for advancing the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic goals through the development and execution of assigned projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or Public Health (mandatory)

• 2 years of experience in Business Development or Strategic Planning (mandatory)

• Experience in the healthcare sector (preferred)

• Proficiency in Data Analytics, including PowerBI and Data Bricks (preferred)

• Experience with Healthcare Claims Data (preferred)
