Plan Reviewer – Plumbing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Evaluate plumbing designs and plans to ensure they meet standards for efficiency, safety, and performance.

• Confirm that plan submissions comply with local, state, and necessary plumbing regulations.

• Offer insights and advice to architects, engineers, designers, and contractors concerning discrepancies or code violations.

• Keep thorough records of plan evaluations, feedback, and approvals or denials.

• Remain updated on industry developments, standards, and best practices.

• Collaborate with clients, inspectors, and state officials to assist in code enforcement and administrative processes.

• Work positively with team members and foster a collaborative team environment.

• Engage in assigned project work and act as a resource for internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master Plumbing License from the State of Wisconsin.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Minimum of five years’ experience in a role focused on plan compliance reviews.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 and its applications.

• Strong communication skills.

• Valid driver's license.

• Preferred: experience with Bluebeam Revu.

• Preferred: master plumber licensing.

• Preferred: five years of experience as a plumbing plan reviewer.
