Plaintiff's Employment Law Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver in-person coverage for hearings, depositions, mediations, and other relevant proceedings as required.

• Support plaintiff-side employment law cases, including issues related to wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes.

• Perform legal research and compose motions, pleadings, and various employment law documents.

• Examine case files and assist in formulating case strategies.

• Provide essential back-end litigation support to facilitate the efficient progression of cases.

• Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff on ongoing employment litigation matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Ohio.

• Located in close proximity to Canton, Ohio (candidates from the Cleveland and Columbus areas will also be considered).

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in plaintiff-side employment law.

• Proficient in managing both in-person coverage and back-end legal support tasks.

• Experience dealing with wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and other employment-related claims.

• Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical capabilities.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of adhering to deadlines.

• A self-motivated individual who can work independently.
