Placement Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and update job requisitions in Trio ensuring accurate job details

• Oversee name-clear processes to avert duplicate submissions

• Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients

• Review and process candidate submissions for current openings

• Act as a liaison for agency partners regarding job openings, submission statuses, and feedback

• Follow up with agencies and candidates regarding interviews, acceptance, and subsequent steps

• Coordinate and arrange interviews between clients and candidates

• Assist in managing candidate offers and assignment confirmations

• Create, update, distribute, and obtain signatures for confirmation letters

• Manage shifts, assignment extensions, schedules, and coverage dates

• Track and verify timesheets for billing and payment processing

• Ensure accurate order entry, candidate records, documentation, and data integrity within Trio

• Monitor open dates, job statuses, and workflow timelines

• Support client-facing and vendor-facing placement activities as well as partnership calls

• Assist the Relationship Manager with updates, process-related issues, and client responsibilities

• Provide administrative support throughout the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred

• Strong orientation towards customer service and professional communication abilities

• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Quick learner of new systems and processes

• Ability to work autonomously, maintain focus, and meet productivity goals

• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database/ATS systems

• Relevant experience in healthcare staffing or workforce solutions is preferred

• Familiarity with Trio or similar staffing systems is preferred

• Experience in supporting hospital-based supplemental staffing is preferred
