⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pilates instruction (mat, reformer, or full apparatus).

• Comprehensive certification is preferred (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, Polestar, Romana's/Classical, or Power Pilates) — though not mandatory.

• Strong understanding of the repertoire, breath and core engagement, along with safe sequencing for all skill levels.

• Exceptional communication abilities to engage, inspire, and effectively instruct students of varying levels.
