This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Create advanced physics problems tailored for the training and evaluation of cutting-edge AI systems.
• Develop deterministic problems that have a single, correct solution.
• Produce thorough, verified solutions with a clear documentation of the reasoning process.
• Formulate problems that assess deep physical reasoning and require multi-step analysis, rather than mere memorization.
• Utilize Python or specialized tools to construct simulations, models, or computational workflows when applicable.
• Ensure that all outputs are technically accurate, reproducible, and written in clear English.
• A Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in Physics or a closely related discipline.
• Significant research or industry experience in theoretical, experimental, or computational physics.
• Proficient in Python; familiarity with scientific libraries such as numpy, scipy, or similar is essential.
• Strong grasp of modeling, simulation, numerical methods, and complex problem-solving techniques.
• Capacity to design original and challenging problems that mirror real-world physics workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in technical writing in English.
• Experience with simulation tools or domain-specific physics software (e.g., finite element analysis tools, circuit simulators, symbolic systems).
• A background in areas such as computational physics, statistical mechanics, electromagnetism, quantum mechanics, or related fields.
• Experience in evaluating model reasoning, benchmarking, or crafting technical assessments.
