This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Create sophisticated physics problems for cutting-edge AI training and assessment.
• Develop deterministic challenges that have a single correct solution.
• Compose comprehensive, verified answers and thoroughly document the reasoning process.
• Formulate problems that assess deep physical reasoning and multi-step analysis rather than mere memorization.
• When applicable, utilize Python or specialized tools to construct simulations, models, or computational workflows.
• Ensure that all outputs are technically accurate, reproducible, and articulate in English.
• Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in Physics or a closely related discipline.
• Robust research or industry experience in theoretical, experimental, or computational physics.
• Proficient in Python; familiarity with scientific libraries such as numpy, scipy, or similar.
• Strong grasp of modeling, simulation, numerical methods, and multi-step problem solving.
• Capability to design unique, challenging problems that mirror real physics workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail and technical writing abilities in English.
• Experience with simulation tools or domain-specific physics software (e.g., finite element tools, circuit simulators, symbolic systems).
• Knowledge in areas such as computational physics, statistical mechanics, electromagnetism, quantum mechanics, or related fields.
• Experience in evaluating model reasoning, benchmarking, or crafting technical assessments.
