This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary clinical authority for real-time queries and escalations from clinicians, ensuring a response time of 30 minutes.
• Provide support for direct patient care, including escalated visits and encounters required by the DEA.
• Review and oversee time-sensitive patient cases, laboratory results, and items in the clinical inbox.
• Identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement, sharing insights with clinical leadership.
• Participate in coverage for Doc of the Day.
• Meet physician collaboration responsibilities as needed.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director to enhance and maintain clinical guidelines, protocols, and best practices.
• Contribute to initiatives focused on clinical quality, education, and safety.
• Comply with state-required duties as a collaborating physician in designated states.
• Board-Certified MD or DO with a proven history of clinical excellence.
• Over 5 years of advanced, specialized experience in perimenopause and menopause care, exceeding routine or protocol-based management.
• Acknowledged subject matter expert in handling complex midlife women’s health cases, including patients with multiple and interrelated comorbidities.
• Strong preference for expertise in cancer survivorship care, particularly in hormone management and long-term risk evaluation.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience within the last 5 years, maintaining active clinical practice.
• At least 2 years of telehealth experience, including proficiency in managing complex cases and clinician escalations virtually.
• Demonstrated commitment and capability to obtain and maintain active, unrestricted licensure across all 50 states.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to guide and support other clinicians through complex clinical decision-making.
• Availability for 20 hours per week, committed to engaging in Midi clinical work solely during mutually agreed-upon scheduled hours.
