This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients experiencing psychiatric disorders utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Prescribe medications and/or therapeutic interventions as deemed appropriate.
• Provide empathetic, patient-focused mental health services.
• Manage patient caseloads promptly in accordance with clinical urgency and established best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with mental health professionals, primary care physicians, and family members when suitable.
• Engage in interdisciplinary discussions to facilitate comprehensive treatment planning.
• Attend weekly Provider Rounds and monthly All-Staff meetings.
• Maintain active involvement in clinical and administrative communications across organizational platforms.
• Keep precise and timely electronic medical records for all patient interactions.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to best practices in documentation, prescribing, and clinical care.
• Stay updated on advancements in psychiatry, including new treatments and medications.
• Engage in continuing education and training opportunities.
• Continuously enhance and develop clinical skills to deliver high-quality care.
• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
• Current certification as a Physician Assistant from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physician Assistant.
• Experience in diagnosing and treating a diverse range of mental health issues.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Candidates must reside within the state of Idaho.
