📋 Description

• Leads the efficient management of resources and utilization to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care.

• Collaborates closely with medical personnel to devise and implement strategies that enhance hospital services.

• Facilitates education and training for the medical staff as needed.

• Makes daily leadership decisions.

• Achieves outcomes through other leaders by empowering them and offering constructive feedback.

• Cultivates relationships with medical staff and leadership to secure support on Utilization Management (UM) issues.

• Monitors denial trends to support teams effectively.
