This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Perform thorough evaluations in physical therapy to determine physical condition, range of motion, strength, posture, mobility, balance, and independence in daily living activities.
• Design and execute personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
• Maintain precise documentation and generate reports following facility guidelines.
• Engage professionally with patients, their families, and colleagues.
• Oversee Physical Therapy Assistants, Exercise Physiologists, Technicians, Certified Athletic Trainers, and students in both direct and indirect patient care.
• Ensure that supervised staff implement treatments as specified in the physical therapy evaluations.
• Participate in program development and engage in educational opportunities for both personal and professional advancement.
• Assist in community outreach initiatives as directed by the Clinic Director.
• Comply with state practice act regulations and the ethical standards set by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Active state licensure is required.
• Certification in CPR.
• Capability to work effectively and efficiently in an independent setting.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, database software, and MS Office applications.
