This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Capture high-quality, professional still photography, listing videos, 3D or 360° virtual tours, drone photography & videos (as required by business needs), and social media videos for properties available for sale or rent.

• Employ advanced photography techniques and equipment to highlight the distinctive features and aesthetics of each property, enabling sellers and real estate agents to present their listings in the most appealing manner.

• Coordinate and engage with clients on-site to grasp their specific photography requirements and expectations.

• Offer guidance and direction to clients and property owners during photography sessions to achieve optimal results and enhance the visual impact of images.

• Utilize innovative proprietary technology to produce engaging rich media experiences.

• Ensure that all photographs comply with brand standards and accurately and attractively represent properties.

• Manage and maintain photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and accessories, to guarantee peak performance and reliability.

• Organize and upload captured media for post-processing, adhering to deadlines and appointment punctuality, while following availability guidelines.

• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in real estate photography to continuously enhance skills and techniques.

• Create innovative concepts and ideas for photography to effectively highlight the unique selling points of each property.

• Collaborate with team members such as Regional Managers, Market Leaders, and photographers, as well as external partners like real estate agents and marketing professionals to provide cohesive visual assets for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

• Adapt to changes in future media, products, services, capture, or processing methods.

• Represent Zillow Media Experts in a professional manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in capturing high-quality photography, particularly exterior and interior real estate photos, real estate videos, 3D tours, and drone media.

• Strong understanding of photography fundamentals utilizing DSLR/Mirrorless systems.

• May be required to obtain an FAA Part 107 drone license, complete drone training, and operate a drone safely in line with FAA regulations, depending on business needs.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.

• Ability to operate and maintain reliable transportation or procure it as necessary.

• Capability to drive within a 60+ mile radius of City Center.

• Availability of a minimum of 20 hours per week is required.

• A minimum internet upload speed of 15 Mbps is strongly preferred.

• Must be located near Asheville, NC.
