This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Capture high-quality still photography for properties that are for sale or for rent.
• Create listing videos, 3D or 360° virtual tours, drone photography and videos, as well as social media content as required.
• Employ advanced photography techniques and equipment to highlight property features and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with clients on-site to comprehend their photography requirements and expectations.
• Guide clients and property owners throughout the photography sessions.
• Utilize proprietary technology to craft immersive media experiences.
• Ensure that photographs adhere to brand guidelines and accurately depict the properties.
• Manage and maintain cameras, lenses, accessories, and other photographic equipment.
• Organize and upload the captured media for post-processing tasks.
• Adhere to deadlines, ensure punctuality for appointments, and meet availability guidelines.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in real estate photography.
• Develop creative concepts to highlight the unique selling points of each property.
• Work in collaboration with Regional Managers, Market Leaders, fellow photographers, real estate agents, and marketing professionals.
• Adapt to evolving media, products, services, and changes in capture and processing techniques.
• Represent Zillow Media Experts in a professional manner.
• Experienced photographer, ideally with a background in the real estate sector.
• Capability to learn the processes and computer systems of Zillow Media Experts.
• Proven experience in capturing high-quality photography, especially in exterior and interior real estate images, real estate videos, 3D tours, and drone media.
• Strong understanding of photography fundamentals using DSLR or mirrorless systems.
• May be required to obtain an FAA Part 107 drone license and complete necessary drone training based on business needs.
• Ability to operate a drone safely in compliance with FAA regulations when necessary.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Reliable transportation, whether owned and maintained or rented.
• Must be able to drive within a 60+ mile radius of City Center.
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week for flexible scheduling.
• Residing near Boston, MA is preferred.
• Internet upload speed of at least 15 Mbps is strongly preferred.
• Professional full-frame or crop-sensor DSLR/mirrorless camera capable of shooting 5 brackets using Auto Exposure Bracketing (AEB) is required.
• A wide-angle zoom lens, such as 15–35mm for full frame or 10–22mm for crop sensor, is necessary.
• A ball head or geared head tripod is required; video fluid head tripods are not acceptable.
• Part-time schedule typically ranging from 10 to 20 hours per week.
