Pharmacy Relations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Make determinations concerning the resolution of pharmacy-related issues.

• Establish and uphold agreements with pharmacy providers.

• Oversee the submission, receipt, tracking, and processing of contracts between Navitus and providers.

• Accurately input data and maintain the contract database.

• Generate reports on network performance to assess claims accuracy throughout the contract duration.

• Responsible for creating networks in accordance with contract terms within the claims processing system and ensuring accuracy through quality reviews.

• Assist in addressing complex issues and complaints from pharmacy providers.

• Coordinate communication efforts within the pharmacy network, including content collection, information dissemination to provider partners through appropriate channels, and tracking response metrics.

• Other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college degree or a 2-year Technical Degree, or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Advanced technical education is an advantage.

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred.

• 1-3 years of successful experience in a customer service role is required.

• Knowledge of the PBM or healthcare industry is preferred.

• Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Email, Internet, and other necessary applications.

• Actively participate in, comply with, and support compliance program objectives.

• Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.
