This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure that data related to pharmacy-facing compounded medications, exceeding 50,000 entries, is both complete and precise—covering aspects such as name, strength, route, dosage, ingredients, refills, and NDC/product ID.
• Identify and rectify discrepancies within the back-end systems regarding pharmacy instructions.
• Maintain and enhance Bask’s internal medication taxonomy to promote consistency and scalability.
• Assist in the evaluation and onboarding of new pharmacy partners based on criteria including pricing, turnaround time, state licensure, medication offerings, and compliance.
• Keep partner records updated and ensure documentation remains current.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for pharmacy partners, addressing inquiries and resolving minor operational challenges.
• Aid in tracking and documenting compliance with NABP, DEA, and state-specific pharmacy regulations.
• Identify potential risks or regulatory gaps and collaborate with leadership to determine suitable escalation paths.
• Contribute to the creation of documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal compliance workflows.
• Support the implementation of tools for reporting errors and adverse events.
• Record and monitor operational issues raised by providers, pharmacies, and telehealth clients.
• Engage in root cause analysis and remediation efforts for any incidents reported.
• Execute established workflows and processes with accuracy and consistency.
• Provide insights for enhancing SOPs, tools, or communication workflows with partners.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, clinical, and compliance departments.
• 2–6 years of experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare data systems, or EHR/PBM environments.
• Familiarity with compounding pharmacies or telehealth is preferred but not mandatory.
• Understanding of pharmacy regulations, including NABP, DEA, and state-specific rules.
• A detail-oriented approach with a comfort level in working with structured data and standardized formats.
• Experience in adhering to or maintaining SOPs and reporting systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a startup or lean team environment.
