This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Functions as a Client Support/Support Shift Lead and serves as the primary contact for clients.
• Triage issues related to clients, pharmacists, and TSS connectivity or PowerGridRx.
• Generate Zendesk tickets and ensure they are followed through to resolution.
• Guide clients to the appropriate point of contact when necessary.
• Provide staffing services for TSS.
• Assist in training for TSS and clarify intervention documentation.
• Oversee queues to help pharmacists reduce turnaround times.
• Enhance pharmacy workflow by reaching out to clients on behalf of the pharmacist.
• Keep precise records of interactions and issues encountered.
• Support pharmacist communication during access disruptions.
• Coordinate pharmacist coverage in emergency situations.
• Must have a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Required to hold a current National Certification and State license.
• At least 1 year of experience as an institutional pharmacy technician.
• Strong IT skills and troubleshooting experience, including familiarity with a ticketing system like Zendesk.
• Proficient with office technology tools such as Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word), Google Drive, internet, and email.
• Capable of working independently and efficiently.
• Able to transition between tasks without compromising customer service.
