Pharmacy Liaison Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist in pharmacy liaison operations by addressing standard inquiries, documenting requests, and coordinating follow-ups with patients, healthcare providers, insurers, and internal teams.

• Manage case-related tasks including tracking status, gathering information, reviewing documentation, and providing communication updates.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping in case management, pharmacy, and other relevant operational systems.

• Collaborate with pharmacy operations, reimbursement, customer support, and external partners on routine transitions and common issues.

• Oversee open requests, service timelines, and pending items; provide updates and escalate issues as necessary.

• Assist in the preparation and upkeep of job aids, reference materials, and standard documentation.

• Offer accurate information regarding standard procedures, requirements, and next steps; direct complex inquiries and exceptions to the appropriate personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmacy support, patient access, healthcare coordination, customer service, reimbursement support, or a related field is required.

• Certification in pharmacy support, patient access, healthcare administration, customer service, or a similar field is preferred.

• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of 6001 Global Distribution Way #102, Louisville, KY 40228, or within 50 miles of 5025 Plano Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75010.

• Availability is required Monday–Friday for an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST, depending on organizational needs.
