Pharmacy Claims Representative 2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Accurately review, analyze, and process pharmacy claims in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Detect discrepancies, probe into claim issues, and establish suitable resolutions.

• Effectively communicate with pharmacies, providers, and internal teams to clarify details and rectify errors.

• Assist in audits and quality assessments by keeping thorough and accurate documentation of claims.

• Recognize trends and provide insights that can enhance claim accuracy and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in pharmacy claims or healthcare operations.

• Familiarity with pharmacy billing procedures, insurance verification processes, and third-party payer systems.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and data entry abilities.

• Proficient in claims processing software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to achieving accuracy on the first attempt.
