This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Respond to telephone inquiries in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner, ensuring outstanding customer service.
• Record all incoming calls and conversations using the company's software.
• Address client drug benefit issues related to medical, financial, or technological aspects.
• Offer enrollment assistance for new PACE participants.
• Relay pharmacy benefit information to network pharmacies associated with the facilities housing CK PACE participants.
• Coordinate facility discharges to guarantee proper medication reconciliation and ensure delivery to homes is reinstated.
• Provide help desk assistance to network pharmacies.
• Educate PACE staff on CK and network pharmacy processes for facility participants.
• Initiate outbound calls to collect or verify information necessary for processing customer requests or enhancing pharmacy operations.
• Organize and arrange couriers to ensure prompt medication delivery.
• Participate in department and company meetings and educational sessions as requested.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines in all client communications.
• Show enthusiasm for acquiring new skills for personal development.

• Associate’s degree is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service/member service experience in a call center or similar environment is required.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy support role is a plus.
• Familiarity with plan and benefit structures as well as Medicare guidelines is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and possess strong computer skills to navigate proprietary and other software.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally through written, verbal, and interpersonal skills when interacting with employees, clients, or agency representatives, ensuring positive information exchange.
• Must demonstrate a strong patient-centered focus.
