This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Execute business strategies designed to enhance processes, ensuring timely and scoped completion.
• Direct investigations into service interruptions or inefficiencies, utilizing structured problem-solving to propose actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with various teams to discover and implement workflow improvements that boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., clinical, IT, finance, vendor management) to assist with pharmacy-related initiatives and program interdependencies.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of pharmacy regulations and ensure data and processes are compliant with standards.
• Share expertise during team learning sessions and onboarding activities.
• Oversee multiple workstreams in strategic projects, ensuring they align with pharmacy business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry is necessary.
• A minimum of 3 years in a related area such as operations, technical, project management, product, or other pertinent fields is required.
• Ability to assess programs and operational processes effectively.
• Proficiency in issue investigation and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Expertise in enhancing workflows and improving efficiency.
• Skill in coordinating initiatives among internal teams.
• Ability to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards.
