This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in PQS business operations and the development of new products within the pharmacy sector.
• Example: Launch of EQUIPP Copilot, ensuring go-to-market readiness and user adoption.
• Manage services provided to designated pharmacy clients, including monthly reporting efforts, access to EQUIPP, and any related network processes.
• Supervise the creation and execution of contracts for assigned pharmacy clients and their respective support networks.
• Set service levels for assigned pharmacy clients and enhance engagement with EQUIPP performance metrics.
• Develop and enhance communications with team members that will be shared with the pharmacy team, such as “PQS Monthly Notes” and the “EQUIPP Refresh Notice”.
• Contribute to Weekly Client Services calls involving both internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and support a goal-setting process for individual accounts, as well as overarching goals and objectives to be met annually.
• Facilitate the process for any new work or development items identified, acting as the customer’s advocate from inception to deployment.
• Oversee client relationship management for a select group of pharmacy clients.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with chosen pharmacy clients.
• Enhance user engagement and experience with EQUIPP performance data.
• May require travel to corporate headquarters for specific clients.
• Develop customized strategies to manage relationships based on client-specific needs.
• Offer client-specific guidance on the adoption of quality improvement processes that may influence performance measurement scores.
• Provide training and resources to clients regarding medication-related quality measures and the use of EQuIPP.
• Attend conferences and trade shows where community pharmacists are the primary audience.
• Increase utilization of EQUIPP Support through the current support service desk, addressing PQS contract-related inquiries from pharmacies or general support questions from select pharmacy clients.
• Collaborate with all PQS staff and its parent companies to ensure the successful execution of PQS’s mission and plans.
• Travel: Approximately 30% of the time will be spent away from the office.
• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong understanding of the pharmacy marketplace.
• Solid grasp of quality measurement for medication use and management.
• Familiarity with Medicare Stars, HEDIS, and/or pharmacy clinical services.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong work ethic, demonstrating the capability to perform with minimal supervision.
• Ability to adhere to high standards of business protocol and maintain confidentiality.
• Must be capable of working under pressure and meeting critical deadlines.
• Understanding of quality measurement systems.
