This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all operational matters.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by effectively addressing client needs, swiftly resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service.
• Evaluate complex client requirements and assist in creating practical and efficient solutions.
• Uphold responsiveness, reliability, and accuracy in service delivery.
• Address client inquiries and escalations promptly, ensuring that concerns are managed efficiently.
• Maintain continuous communication with internal teams to facilitate issue resolution.
• Track and report on client-related issues consistently.
• Provide regular updates and reports regarding account status, client feedback, and potential areas for improvement.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
• Stay informed on the latest industry trends, engage in training sessions to enhance skills, and share valuable insights with colleagues.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client/customer service environment or in a prior Account Manager position.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and web applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
