Pharmacist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide support to multiple hospitals, each managing a daily patient census of 30-60 individuals.

• Utilize ACEIT and various medication protocols to assess, plan, intervene as necessary, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with hospital policies, protocols, and procedures.

• Handle generated protected health information in a manner that aligns with the privacy regulations outlined in HIPAA.

• Record clinical interventions and adhere to specific reporting requirements of each hospital.

• Analyze drug orders, ensure formulary compliance, and evaluate lab values to assess the suitability of medication therapy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed in good standing by the State Pharmacy Board.

• Completion of a degree from an accredited pharmacy program or one deemed substantially equivalent to a U.S. accredited program by an appropriate certifying agency.

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience is required.
