This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement a strategic business plan that spans a broad geographical area to effectively target, penetrate, and build a network of relationships with essential decision-makers and stakeholders.

• Engage effectively with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and others across various medical subspecialties.

• Interaction points include: Physician’s offices, Hospital Pharmacies, Operating Rooms (OR), Intensive Care Units (ICU), etc.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding to communicate clear messages in complex clinical contexts.

• Willingness to undertake periodic field travel alongside internal personnel, including Management, Marketing, and others.

• Leverage data sources to enhance strategies and efficiencies, capitalizing on opportunities that offer the highest return on investment (ROI).

• Achieve or surpass assigned sales and profit objectives.

• Manage and document territory-specific information utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Capability to travel as required for the territory/role, including air travel.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Healthcare Industry sales.

• Ability to work autonomously while managing key account relationships.

• Proven track record of sales growth while overseeing your own territory.

• Documented history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Solid business acumen with a strong understanding of complex clinical information.

• Ability to convey intricate clinical messages to Healthcare Providers in real-time scenarios.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Proficient presentation skills, including the capacity to present to teams or groups.

• Strong interpersonal and virtual engagement capabilities.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce).

• Independent worker with the ability to collaborate within a team.

• Strong leadership skills.

• Keen attention to detail and follow-through.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
