PH Nurse Clinical Auditor – MDS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee, monitor, and evaluate the performance and outcomes of quality measures.

• Spot opportunities for quality enhancement and execute corrective action plans.

• Examine clinical documentation to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Partner with clinical and operational teams to boost quality measure scores and patient outcomes.

• Carry out audits and offer recommendations grounded in findings.

• Analyze quality measure data and compile reports for leadership and stakeholders.

• Assist in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and performance management efforts.

• Keep abreast of industry regulations, best practices, and quality reporting standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a current and valid PHRN license.

• USRN license is an advantage.

• Minimum of 6 months of bedside/clinical experience.

• Familiarity with MDS (Minimum Data Set) is required.

• Experience with quality measures is a plus.

• In-depth knowledge of prehospital patient care protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented setting.

• Dedication to ongoing learning and professional development.

• Must be residing within the Greater Manila Area (GMA).

• Open to working on a shifting schedule.
