📋 Description

• Join the team responsible for the Logistics Platform at Grupo Boticário, focusing on the support and advancement of systems that manage millions of orders.

• Work with modern back-end and front-end frameworks.

• Develop and enhance back-end applications using Java/Kotlin Spring Boot, engaging in both synchronous and asynchronous architectures.

• Design and implement solutions that align with the product architecture.

• Work autonomously to solve complex problems and define implementation approaches.

• Ensure software quality through unit testing, best development practices, and code reviews.

• Investigate and resolve performance issues, stability, and incidents in distributed environments.

• Conduct root cause analyses and contribute to continuous improvements in service monitoring and reliability.

• Participate in technical and functional refinements, assessing risks and proposing solutions.

• Collaborate with the team through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.

• Support less experienced developers in adopting best practices and development standards.

• Contribute to building secure, resilient, and scalable systems in a cloud environment.

• Monitor and rectify vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with security standards.

• Utilize AI tools for development to enhance productivity, while maintaining a critical review of generated solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience with Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.

• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar).

• Knowledge of distributed architecture and event-driven systems.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with Git and code review practices.

• Experience with cloud services (AWS or GCP).

• Experience in monitoring and observability of applications.

• Ability to investigate and resolve complex production issues, with a critical view on performance and security.

• Experience with managed services such as RDS, DynamoDB, Cloud Storage, API Gateway, and CloudFront.

• Understanding of software quality, system evolution, problem decomposition, and abstraction.

• Knowledge of serverless architecture and AWS Lambda, including best practices for cold starts, observability, and cost management.

• Familiarity with application security (OWASP Top 10, OAuth, JWT).

• Proficiency in Git or another collaborative version control system.

• Ability to conduct root cause analysis for software issues.

• Capacity to work in a team and assist in refining technical stories.

• Familiarity with information security standards and practices (encryption, session management, access control).

• Knowledge of TDD, unit testing, and BDD.

• Desirable: strong experience with React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Desirable: solid experience with front-end frameworks.

• Desirable: strong experience with architectural patterns such as Design Systems.
