📋 Description

• You will be responsible for understanding the bank's business and working within an agile structure (tribes and squads), contributing to the development of business visions and solutions that support the company's strategic objectives.

• Build business visions by leading ceremonies for mapping value streams, capabilities, functionalities, and processes to understand the current state (AS IS);

• Define and propose high-level solutions based on standards, pillars, and architectural references;

• Design scalable architectures aligned with technological innovations;

• Capture the technological mindset adopted to solve business problems;

• Establish architectural standards and guide how applications will be structured, including their modules and interactions;

• Disseminate knowledge among business and engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Architectural frameworks: BIAN, IASA, TOGAF, Zachman, CBAP, BizBok;

• Documentation models and architecture tools: C4 Model, ArchiMate, Bizzdesign;

• Business management models: BSC, Canvas, SWOT, Ishikawa, BABOK;

• Agile methodologies;

• Design Patterns, DDD, REST APIs, ESB, and Cloud-Native Applications;

• Reactive Architecture (Responsive, Resilient, Elastic, and Message Driven);

• Microservices Architecture (service discovery, configuration management, logging, circuit breaker, containers, auto-scaling, and Service Mesh).
