Personal Insurance Associate General Adjuster – CA/AZ

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Strategize, recommend, reserve, and implement the investigation, valuation, resolution, and settlement of significant personal insurance property claims.

• Attain fair, equitable, and prompt claim resolutions.

• Accurately evaluate indemnity and expense risk for assigned claims.

• Report directly to a Property Major Case Manager.

• Collaborate within a team setting alongside colleagues and business partners.

• Manage claims primarily in Southern California and Arizona, with additional responsibilities covering Las Vegas and Northern California.

• Offer regional support as necessary.

• Guide Associate General Adjusters and Property Damage Adjusters in the role of General Adjuster.

• Engage in nationwide catastrophe operations as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate General Adjuster: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a full file Claim Property Adjuster handling moderately severe property claims.

• General Adjuster: At least 5 years of experience as a full file Claim Adjuster for intricate property losses exceeding $300,000 in value.

• Solid functional understanding of residential claims.

• Capability to interpret and apply insurance coverage effectively.

• Possess a college degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Demonstrated consistent high performance and achievements throughout career.

• Proficiency in cost estimation, ideally using Xactimate.

• Competence with computers.

• Good familiarity with regional jurisdictional matters.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to operate independently.

• Availability for nationwide catastrophe operations when required.

• Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel.

• Preferred residence in Southern California or Phoenix, Arizona.
