📋 Description

• Lead Litigation End-to-End: Oversee cases from initial intake to trial, encompassing strategy formulation, discovery, depositions, and settlement discussions.

• Advocate in Court: Represent clients confidently and accurately in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.

• Client Strategy & Guidance: Provide clients with legal options and craft effective strategies tailored to their unique cases.

• Draft & Argue: Create compelling pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.

• Trial Preparation: Collaborate closely with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and trial strategies.

• Case Evaluation: Assess liability, damages, and risks to inform case direction.

• Client Communication: Ensure robust, consistent communication while delivering an exceptional client experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.

• License:

- Required: Active Ohio Bar license.

- Preferred: Dual licensure in Ohio and Texas.

• Trial Background: Significant courtroom experience with a proven track record of successful outcomes.

• Skills: Outstanding advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
